Reports reaching Elohai News indicates that legendary Ghanaian highlife musician, Nana Ampadu has kicked the bucket.
This saddened incidence occurred in the early hours of Tuesday, September 28, 2021.

Legendary Ghanaian highlife musician, Nana Ampadu has released hit songs like Ebi te yie, Aku Sika, Agartha, Mentumi Ngyae wo, Obra, Drivers Anibre Nye, Obiaa ba bye, Nkrabea, Oman no adwo and many more.
Nana Ampadu was born on March 31, 1945 at Adiemmra on the Afram plains in the Eastern Region of Ghana. His music band “African Brothers” was established in 1963 of which Eddie Donkor was a founding member.
His music career also allowed him to participate in electoral politics, including composing a song for Jerry Rawlings’ National Democratic Congress for the 1992 election campaign. Ampadu also released a song criticizing the attempt to disqualify Rollins from participating in the 1992 general election on the grounds that he was a semi-Scot.
He died at 76. May his soul rest in peace.
